Stratiform Digital secures recompete, partnering with Coforma to continue working with Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services on the Medicare Data Collection Tool suite of products

We're proud to partner with CMS alongside Coforma to improve the Medicaid Data Collection Tool (MDCT), ensuring better service delivery through modern technology. Over 90 million people depend on Medicaid and CHIP, and the Medicaid Data Collection Tool helps CMS collect and manage state data for these programs.

Stratiform Digital partners with Coforma and is awarded Medicaid Drug Program at Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services

We're honored to announce that Stratiform Digital will be working alongside our partner, Coforma, on a new contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to support the Medicaid Drug Program (MDP). This critical program helps offset the federal and state costs of outpatient prescription drugs for Medicaid recipients and calculate rebate amounts drug manufacturers owe to state Medicaid agencies to cover these costs.
